You can sign up or log in using your mobile number and OTP.

Any activity under your account is considered authorized by you.
The app may request access to your device location to show nearby stores, available products, and enable accurate delivery.
By allowing location access, you consent to Kannu Foods using your location to provide better services.
You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.
All prices displayed in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to availability, store acceptance, and delivery area coverage.
Payments can be made securely via available online payment methods or cash on delivery (if supported).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible after processing begins.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, store preparation time, and local conditions.
Users must provide accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries or additional charges.
Delivery personnel may contact you by phone or use live location to complete the order.
Returns and refunds depend on the store’s individual policies and the nature of the product.
Perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged at delivery.
For refund or issue resolution, please contact our support team at support@kanikagrossary.in within 24 hours of delivery.
You agree not to:
Misuse the Kannu Foods platform or violate any laws.
Interfere with app security or other users’ experiences.
Post or share false, misleading, or harmful content.
Use the app for unauthorized commercial activities.
Kannu Foods partners with independent local stores.
Each store is responsible for product quality, availability, and packaging.
Kannu Foods acts as a facilitator and is not the direct seller of goods (unless otherwise stated).
All app content, logos, designs, and text are the intellectual property of Kannu Foods.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Kannu Foods is not liable for:
Delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party vendors or delivery agents.
Errors arising from inaccurate user information or network issues.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity or misuse
Behavior that harms our users, partners, or reputation
