This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle deliveries, timings, service areas, and what you can expect once you place an order.
Kannu Foods currently delivers within select local areas and cities through our network of trusted local stores and delivery partners.
Delivery availability depends on your current GPS location or manually selected address.
You will see eligible stores and delivery slots automatically based on your area.
If your location is outside our current service zones, you may not be able to place an order.
Standard delivery hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (varies by store and area).
Delivery time depends on:
Store preparation time
Distance from store to your address
Real-time traffic or weather conditions
Estimated delivery time will be shown before checkout and updated through your order tracking page in the app.
Once you place an order, the selected store will review and confirm product availability.
You’ll receive an order confirmation notification in-app or via SMS.
The store then packs your order and assigns a delivery agent for dispatch.
You can track your order live within the app.
Delivery fees vary based on:
Distance from the store
Minimum order value
Ongoing promotions or free delivery offers
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
Our app uses smart location detection to find your nearest stores and delivery partners.
Please ensure your GPS is enabled or your address is correctly entered for accurate delivery.
If your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, Kannu Foods or the delivery partner may contact you for clarification.
Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries, which are not eligible for free redelivery.
The delivery partner will attempt to contact you upon arrival.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer not available
Refusal to accept the order without valid reason
The order may be marked as delivered or returned, and refund eligibility will be reviewed based on our Refund Policy.
While we strive to deliver on time, deliveries may be delayed due to:
Bad weather or traffic conditions
Technical issues or system downtime
High order volumes or festival periods
Local restrictions or emergencies
In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly via in-app updates or SMS.
For your safety and convenience, Kannu Foods supports contactless delivery upon request.
You can add delivery notes like “Leave at doorstep” or “Call before delivery” during checkout.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
Please check your items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours for resolution.
