At Kannu Foods, we work hard to ensure every order is delivered quickly and accurately.
However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order, and what happens after cancellation.
You can cancel your order directly from the Kannu Foods app before it is accepted or processed by the store.
If the order is not yet accepted by the store, it can be cancelled instantly without any charge.
If the order has been accepted or prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order:
Go to My Orders in the app.
Select the order you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Order and confirm.
In some cases, your order may be cancelled by the store or delivery partner due to:
Item(s) being out of stock or unavailable
Store being closed or unable to fulfill the order
Delivery agent unavailable in your area
Delivery address outside service zone
Technical or payment-related issues
If your order is cancelled from our side, you will receive a full refund (if payment was already made).
If your order is eligible for a refund:
Online payments (UPI, card, wallet): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If the order was prepaid or partially paid, refund will be sent via wallet credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Store credit refunds: In some cases, refunds may be provided as Kannu Foods wallet balance for quicker use.

Orders cannot be cancelled after successful delivery.
If you face an issue with a delivered item (damaged, missing, or wrong product), please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead.
If our delivery partner cannot reach you due to:
Wrong address
Unavailable customer
Unreachable phone number
The order may be marked as “Delivery Failed” and cannot be refunded unless there is a valid reason verified by support.
Kannu Foods reserves the right to:
Deny future orders, or
Suspend accounts involved in repeated or fraudulent cancellations, misuse of offers, or fake orders.
We may update or modify this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of Kannu Foods means you agree to the latest version of this policy.
